My ideal clients are looking to build more fulfilling relationships with themselves and the people in their lives—as this intersects with mental health journeys as BIPOC, queer and trans folks, polyamorous/CNM/ENM/RA folks, allies/accomplices, neurodiverse folks & people of all identities with feminist/social justice values. I help people dream and envision the lives they want—in their bodies, their sexuality, their healing, their relationships/friendships/families, their work, in their spheres of influence—and move towards them. I help people heal & grow from patterns that we formed out of survival or socialization.
I affirm & support people in tapping into their own wisdom/internal compass. You're the expert of your own life. I draw upon my training as a social justice educator and as a counselor (using everything from solution focused methods to deep dives into your histories & subconscious) to apply all that you know and learn in helping you move towards your goals.
