I enjoy working with adults who are navigating life's ups and downs. Whether facing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, or simply feeling overwhelmed, therapy can provide a space to slow down and make sense of what is being experienced. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
I take a collaborative approach to therapy because each person is the expert on their own life. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and it is okay if you are not sure where to begin. You do not have to have everything figured out before reaching out.
