I specialize in helping Hispanic and Latino adults work through depression, chronic stress, and anger using approaches like CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing. For clients whose faith is part of how they make sense of life, I can integrate that into our sessions as well.

I offer online therapy for teens and adults in Nevada, with sessions available in English and Spanish.
