My approach to counseling is holistic and person-centered. I see my clients in the contexts of their families and cultures and factor systemic struggles that affect their mental health. I focus on anxiety, depression, ADHD, Women' s issues, grief, and trauma. I love equipping my clients with tools needed to navigate the challenges they are facing and enjoy the process of growth and empowerment they experience.
