My approach to counseling is holistic and person-centered. I see my clients in the contexts of their families and cultures and factor systemic struggles that affect their mental health. I focus on anxiety, depression, ADHD, Women' s issues, POC related struggles, grief, and trauma. I love equipping my clients with tools needed to navigate the challenges they are facing and enjoy the process of growth and empowerment they experience. I utilize their own strengths to help them strategize coping. I also utilize art and play therapy techniques to facilitate trauma healing.
