About
“If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” -Wayne Dyer. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working with children, adolescents and their families for over 15 years. I have also worked with adults through individual therapy sessions. I have extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relational issues, divorce, anger management and parenting support. I am fluent in English and Spanish and can lead sessions in your preferred language.
I have been trained specifically in trauma focused treatment, Triple P parenting techniques, unresolved grief and issues related to self esteem. I use cognitive behavioral techniques to assist with making changes to unhelpful thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
I provide a safe and supportive environment for clients to share about their needs. I strive to assist clients with identifying strengths to move toward a goal of making lasting changes in their lives.
