Studies have shown being outside reduces feelings of depression and anxiety. Due to this finding, I also offer eco-therapy. Here are 2 options to choose from: 1. Video (HIPAA compliant platform) sessions 2. Outdoor setting
A treatment plan tailored to your goals will be implemented to help you get the most out of counseling. In addition to "talk" therapy, counseling in an outdoor setting may be suitable for your needs (an option, not required). This may include sitting at a park bench outside, short-walks at a park, to a more challenged setting like, hiking a trail.
