Life can be challenging and it can sometimes feel that overcoming the obstacles around us are nearly impossible. Beginning counseling can be an incredibly hard and a challenging experience, but it can also be rewarding. Sometimes it can be challenging to reach out and ask for help. By starting your search for a therapist, you are choosing to face the challenges and search for answers and support with your mental health. I primarily provide individual therapy for individuals of all ages, but I love to incorporate family therapy sessions when needed focusing on supporting my client and their loved ones.
I have experience working with individuals throughout their lifespan, and specialize in working with children and adolescents. I am a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist. I also incorporate an array of therapeutic approaches including DBT, EMDR, SFT, CBT, and expressive art activities focusing on your mental health needs.
Each and every person is unique and it can be challenging in finding support that is tailored to your mental health needs. I focus on personalizing therapy by fostering a greater sense of self-awareness in better understanding the connections between thoughts, emotions, values, experiences, and relationships play into personal emotional wellness.
