I serve ages 12+ via Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Art Therapy, Mindfulness Approach and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapeutic approaches to help maximize your therapeutic experience. I can accept various insurance plans (see below) and private pay.
