Growing up on a reservation, I witnessed the deep impact of generational trauma and the barriers to accessible mental health care. My own journey through healing inspired me to become a counselor—to offer others the kind of support and understanding I once needed. I work with children and adults age 5+ who are struggling with anxiety, grief, relational issues, cultural identity issues, stress, and more. I work with clients from all backgrounds but especially passionate about working with individuals from marginalized and underrepresented communities.
I believe in “meeting clients where they are while gently nudging them toward growth.”My approach is warm, interactive, and direct. I use evidence-based practices like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)—always within a framework that centers relationships and cultural identity.
My work is grounded in the belief that healing comes through connection, insight, and meaningful action. I aim to create a space where clients feel deeply heard and supported while also gently challenged to grow. If you are looking for support feel free to reach out. I am looking forward to working with you!
