Are you S.A.D? As in currently dealing with Seasonal Affective Disorder. Despite what others may say like, "Just get over it," of "Tough it out!" It is real. There is scientific evidence that shows that physical and mental changes happens when the days get shorter and the temps get cooler. What helped you when the weather was pleasant and warm, doesn't help during this season. Your moods fluctuate, your energy is no more, and you naturally isolate yourself, especially during the Holiday Seasons - which is supposed to make you happy, right? You and 20% of the U.S. Population are not alone and there is help. I want to help.
S.A.D., which is a form of depression and anxiety, is something I can relate to and I have developed a passion to help others. Let me help you do more than just get over it or tough it out for 12 weeks or more. Together, let's learn how to, and then get better so that when Spring arrives again, you can LIVE better even when Fall and Winter returns.
