Do you struggle with work stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma/PTSD, or chronic health issues? My passion is to help you find the peace you deserve if you are ready to put in the work to put these issues behind you once and for all.
I incorporate many different therapy modalities to meet my clients' unique goals. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to address current maladaptive thoughts and behaviors and use Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) to process traumatic past experiences.
I'm currently 100% remote.
