I have helped individuals deal with anxiety and depression, and move through times of loss and trauma. I approach people with authenticity, honesty and openness.
I am invested in working with individuals who are healing trauma, overcoming a crisis, moving through the trauma of divorce, battling relationship issues, and grieving the loss of a loved one. I now also offer an online therapy course, for individuals who prefer to work on their personal growth in a self guided manner.
