Hello there, my name is Iris Mosah and I am a licensed therapist (LMHC) in Indiana as well as a third-year doctorate student in counseling psychology. In my five years of practice, I have worked with a wide range of issues while honing my specialty in a few areas. I am experienced in treating both individuals and couples. The ideal client for me is motivated, ready, and willing to allow vulnerability to unlock new levels of well-being. I am most comfortable treating eating disorders and body image, relationship concerns/couples, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, women's issues, and addictions.
My approach to counseling often draws upon an eclectic range of modalities to ensure an experience tailored to your needs and personality, but the foundation of my practice is person-centered.
I strive to meet clients where they are at, holding in mind that deep down they are the experts on themselves and should be the co-pilot in driving their therapy experience. I am flexible and conversational in style, providing an authentic and vulnerable dynamic between client and clinician.
