I understand and respect how difficult it is to make a decision to ask for help and look for a therapist. Therefore, I put a lot of effort in assuring that my clients feel safe and comfortable while in treatment with me. I have more than 20 years of experience treating individuals and couples in crisis or just in need of support and guidance. I specialize in treating individuals with mood and anxiety disorders, anger issues, and relationship problems.
I incorporate different approaches and techniques understanding that there is no such thing as " one size fits all" when it comes to getting therapy. I create judgement free supportive atmosphere which encourages trust and openness.
This is a private office where you will not have to interact or worry about being seen by any other clients. I accept major insurance plans and out of network benefits. My hours are flexible and you will never have to wait in a waiting room. I also provide virtual sessions.
