I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Spiritual Teacher, & Transformational Coach supporting individuals & couples who are ready to experience deeper connection, effective communication, confidence, joy, better parenting, & purpose in their lives.
My approach is tailored to client needs, holistic, relational, & deeply experiential. I integrate evidence-based Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) & psychotherapy with somatic practices, yoga, breathwork, meditation, & mindfulness principles to support healing at the emotional, nervous system, relational, & energetic levels.
