My practice is a safe space to reconnect back to yourself if you are overwhelmed by life changes, loss, feeling stressed, stuck in overthinking or negative self-talk, unable to truly relax, feeling pressure to do more as if something is always missing and if you want to be able to show up fully in your life and relationships. Together, we will process through your experiences, uncover your innate strengths, and help you reconnect with your clarity and a path forward that feels authentic and meaningful to you.

I specialize in life transitions and helping you resolve the effects of childhood, generational and relational trauma that shows up as shame, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges and complex PTSD. I offer personalized and effective integrative approach that goes beyond just talk therapy. My practice is a culturally sensitive and life-affirming space.
