I am a licensed Jungian psychoanalyst and marriage and family therapist. I have been working with individuals, couples and families for 30 years in counseling centers and private practice. I will help you draw connections between the pain of your past and your current challenges; together we can resolve them and find a way to realize your potential. My unique experience also qualifies me to help improve relational dynamics between partners, as well as between parents and children.
My specialty is Jungian analysis, which involves working with unconscious mind via dreams, imagination, and creative activities. Paired with traditional therapeutic tools, this process paves the way to healing old and profound trauma. I can help you see things in a new light, solve problems in unexpected ways, and connect with the world on a deeper level.
In my work with couples I don't look for a single guilty party. I focus on ineffective patterns of interaction between participants, realizing that certain acts of one partner evoke predictable responses in the other. Both parties need to change their ways. The goal is to create emotional, physical, and spiritual intimacy in a stable comfortable relationship
