For the last ten years I’ve helped people to regain life balance, self-compassion and reclaim their lives from the grips of trauma. An Air Force veteran and trauma clinician, I’m keenly attuned to the unique needs of military members, first responders, helping professionals, crime survivors, and how exposure to trauma can affect their well-being.
Effective therapy can restore your quality of life. To help people heal from their invisible wounds, I use therapy approaches that best address their unique needs, to include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) (a fancy term for a highly effective trauma treatments with an 80% success rate), psychodynamic, CBT/CPT, ACT, and Gottman Method.
