Trauma may have shaped your story, but it does not define your strength. At Irimiya Trauma Therapy, we hold this truth close: healing is possible, and it is already within you. We specialize in helping individuals who have experienced trauma by providing a compassionate and comprehensive approach to healing. Our goal is to create a safe space for clients to explore their experiences, process their emotions, and develop the tools needed to move forward. We understand that trauma can manifest in various ways—emotionally, mentally, and physically—and we offer a range of services for survivors to foster emotional release and healing.
We specialize in trauma that runs deep—childhood abuse and neglect, sexual trauma, rape, incest, and sex trafficking. Our clinicians are highly trained in complex trauma, including PTSD, C-PTSD, attachment trauma, and dissociative disorders (OSDD, DID, DP/DR). We treat symptoms and help survivors safely reconnect with their bodies and reclaim agency.
We utilize Polyvagal Theory, to help you understand the deep connection between your brain, body, and nervous system. Through, evidence-based somatic therapies—including EMDR, Parts Work, and Inner Child work—you are supported in safely processing the past. Healing is not about erasing what happened—it’s about reclaiming your body, your story, and your life.
