About
I feel incredibly privileged to have the opportunity to work with individuals, couples and families during times of increased stress and transition. My approach is strengths-based, direct, and tailored to meet the needs of each client. By creating an atmosphere of respect and safety, I encourage my clients to explore and make sense out of the challenges they are facing. Everyone comes to therapy with different experiences, needs, and objectives. It is my goal to establish a therapeutic relationship, that both challenges and encourages my clients to meet their goals in therapy and in life.
As a systemic therapist, I take into consideration all aspects of my clients' lives and approach problematic behavior patterns holistically. My work is rooted in Structural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and The Gottman Method.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating and finding the right fit in a therapist is the most important part. Because the therapeutic relationship is the biggest factor in determining future success together, I am happy to schedule a free 10 minute consultation to assess our fit. I would be honored to assist you in taking the first step towards lasting change.
