Welcome! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I specialize in working with adolescents (13+) and adults navigating self-esteem, high-functioning anxiety and depression, perfectionism, and boundary issues. My approach is solution-focused and grounded in CBT and experiential modalities, with an emphasis on connection, authenticity, and meeting clients where they are—often incorporating nature and creativity into the process.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in authenticity. I believe that real change happens through connection, so I focus on building strong rapport and meeting clients exactly where they are.
I work with teens (13+) and adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, low self-worth, perfectionism, or the pressure to hold it all together. They may struggle with boundaries, burnout, or feeling like they're never “enough.” Deep down, they want to feel more confident, connected, and at ease—but they’re tired of doing it alone.
