You’re a parent worried about your child’s big feelings or behaviors—meltdowns, anxiety, or withdrawal. You want to understand them, help them cope, and rebuild connection. Or maybe you’re a teen athlete feeling overwhelmed by stress, pressure, or performance anxiety. You’re looking for a space that feels safe, where healing can happen through trust, creativity, and support that actually fits.
I use play therapy, CBT, and person-centered approaches to help children and teens process emotions, build confidence, and develop tools that last. I also work closely with caregivers to strengthen relationships and support growth at home. Every session is tailored to your child’s needs.
