My goal is to help you better understand and resolve challenges in your life today. I can professionally provide a safe place where you can be genuinely heard and understood where you can find answers and sort out the tangled emotional and cognitive web of internal confusion.
My specialty is co-occurring mental health and substance misuse.. I am trained using: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Reality Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Mindfulness-Based (MBCT), Smart Recovery, and 12 Step Philosophy. I have worked in multiple clinical settings including: hospitals, residential, Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient.
I have worked with many referral programs, including probation, PCPP, Intoxicated Driver Resource Center (IDRC), and Morris Cares (Sexual Assualt Trauma). I also provide DWI assessments.
