I am an EMDR therapist and use several specialty modalities such as art therapy, sand tray therapy and coaching to aid in processing trauma and working it into a creative opportunity for growth.
I have focused my work in the past with military and veteran clients, first responders and those who have been affected by trauma. I work with families, couples and children to aid in coping with the changing environment from home schooling to coping with ADHD and online education.
