My treatment is comprehensive in nature and carefully designed to promote self-awareness and address the unique needs of each individual.
I am a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist with 20+ years of clinical experience. In addition, I work with clients experiencing, mood and anxiety disorders. I support clients experiencing stressful life circumstances including the illness or death of a loved one, parenting issues, school stress, pregnancy loss, or relationship issues.
When I work with eating disorders, I collaborate with other professionals that are a part of the team including: the physician,nutritionist, or school personnel. In addition, I educate my clients about the mind body connection and help them become aware of the feelings and needs that food or compulsive exercise is expressing.
