I integrate evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, and Shame-Informed Therapy. I am also trained in play therapy and sand tray techniques, allowing for deeper expression and processing, and incorporate Polyvagal Theory to support nervous system regulation, helping clients better understand their emotional responses and build a greater sense of safety.
