Women's Sexual Abuse Psycho-Educational Coaching Support Group: Meet with like-minded sexual abuse survivors to share stories, successes, challenges, reduce isolation. Learn skills to manage anxiety, shame, fear, C-PTSD symptoms. Empowerment over rape culture. Self-care, relationships, boundaries, healthy sexuality. Goals for further healing. Confidential. Meet with other cis women who are "coming out" of a "straight" life, and are lesbian, queer, bisexual, gay, etc. Safe and affirming space to give and receive support, share experiences, & problem-solve common issues that are associated with "coming out": divorce, children, emotional, financial, professional, spiritual, uncertainty, fear, guilt, shame, worry, relief, and curiosity.
