I offer online EMDR therapy for adults to help them process trauma/distressing experiences and the negative thoughts associated with them. I assist clients in addressing triggers, people-pleasing, perfectionism, codependency, and low self-esteem. I work with clients who are suffering from depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, relationship issues, and identity issues. I am a trauma-informed therapist, and I focus on the negative self-beliefs and ways we protect ourselves as a result of traumatic/difficult experiences. My techniques go beyond talking or venting so that deeper, more profound healing can occur.
My focus is on adult clients who desire peace and well-being by healing past or present experiences that cause them distress. I enjoy working with clients who have been in therapy multiple times or who are just starting therapy.
I communicate in a warm, friendly way in order to make you feel at ease while working through difficult life events. I will gently guide you through the therapy process. I completely believe in the innate wisdom each of us possesses, and I will assist you in tapping into that as an internal guide to assist you in therapy and beyond.
