Hi! I'm Irene, a compassionate therapist dedicated to helping adults break free from survival patterns that no longer serve them. Many of the clients I work with have spent their lives being the strong one, the caretaker, the fixer, the independent person everyone relies on. While these strengths helped you survive, they may now leave you feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or unsure of who you are outside of caring for everyone else. Healing doesn't have to mean rejecting your culture, it can mean honoring what serves you while letting go of what no longer does. You don't have to carry everything alone anymore.
I specialize in supporting hyper-independent women, adults who were parentified as children, and individuals navigating the unspoken expectations often passed down. Together, we'll explore how generational patterns, family roles, and cultural messages have shaped your relationships, boundaries, self-worth, and ability to ask for support.

My role is to provide a supportive space where you can gain clarity, challenge old narratives, and experience those powerful "aha" moments that lead to change.
