EMDR Group for Adult Survivors of Sexual Trauma

Group is designed for adult survivors of sexual trauma. The purpose of reprocessing is to help participants heal from the traumatic event and alleviate their associated distress. Group EMDR Therapy aims to integrate traumatic experiences in a way that is adaptive and less distressing, ultimately promoting healing and well-being. The group setting provides a platform for expressing and managing emotions, leading to improved emotional regulation and resilience. Participants are required to complete a complimentary consultation, ensuring the group is a good fit and allowing them to discuss goals and concerns with the therapist before starting. Limited to five participants.
