I am licensed in NY and CT with previous work experience at a psychoanalytic institute and a mental health clinic. I have helped clients with anxiety, panic attacks, depression, psychotic disorders, trauma triggers, relationship issues, and career difficulties among other stressors. My typical client is an adult of 18 to 65 y.o.
With respect for the singularity of each client, I engage clients in explorations of daily events and their personal history. The aim is that clients find out roots of their difficulties, understand themselves better, free themselves from symptoms and get in charge of their lives.
