I offer traditional talk therapy as well as art therapy. Many clients find the creative process helpful in facilitating self awareness and insight.
I have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds. I work with children, adolescents and adults dealing with relationship issues and life transitions,depression, trauma and anxiety. I work with parents struggling with their children's behavioral and emotional challenges, and with the impact of parenthood on their own identity.
