In addition to talk therapy, I am trained in trauma-informed methods including EMDR, a powerful approach for processing past wounds and building emotional resilience. For children ages 3 to 12, I offer Child-Centered Play Therapy, which helps kids build confidence, and learn emotional regulation in a way that feels natural and developmentally appropriate.
