| español Hello! I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) and bicultural Licensed Psychologist. I work primarily with adult clients and have extensive experience working with survivors of interpersonal trauma. I’ve also worked with individuals affected by depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and complicated family relationships. When working with clients, I use a person-centered and relational-cultural approach and have training and experience with Cognitive Processing Therapy, a cognitive behavioral approach for Posttraumatic Stress Disorder.
Making the decision to start or resume counseling can be a difficult one. There are many reasons why you might choose to seek support, and my role is to walk beside you as you work towards your growth and goals. I believe the therapeutic relationship is an important factor in healing and view successful therapy as a collaborative process.
