I have enjoyed working as a therapist for over 30 years in private, medical, agency, and public school settings. My approach is collaborative and goal focused, including active coaching and monitoring of progress toward desired treatment outcomes. I provide multiple approaches in Family and Couples therapy that are tailored toward the presenting family system, couple, and respective requests; Individual therapy focusing on personal recovery from a wide variety of circumstances that continue to present stubborn burdens as obstacles to a desired lifestyle, both individually and relationally.
