I work with neurodivergent adults, especially those with Autism and ADHD, as well as people navigating chronic illness, disability, end-of-life concerns, LGBTQ+ identity, and the complicated aftermath of being raised by narcissistic or emotionally immature parents.
As someone who is neurodivergent, disabled, and queer myself, I don't just understand these experiences intellectually, I live them. That shapes everything about how I show up in the therapy room.
My own lived experience as a neurodivergent, disabled, and queer person shapes every part of how I show up for you, with authenticity, not just empathy. Drawing from ACT and existentialist perspectives, I help you build practical, grounded skills for navigating identity, neurodiversity, and disability on your own terms.
