Becky appreciates the importance of understanding WHY we feel and behave a certain way and loves using the Enneagram to help clients better understand their core motivations to empower them to be their best.
Becky is also trained and passionate about utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy with her clients. It is a trauma focused therapy allowing past memories, feelings, and sensations to be desensitized. Allowing you to live your best life, without the past effecting your present day and future.
