With Brainspotting you will listen to bio lateral stimulating music and you will allow your brain to process what has been stored as trauma and might give you anxiety, depression, etc. With IFS you will be able to access your parts that show up as emotions, sensations, thoughts and reintegrate them through meditation, attending to each one of them, into a much more coherent system.
