I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience working with adolescents and adults utilizing a variety of evidence-based practices, though I have strong roots in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and Behavioral Therapy. I maintain a person-centered perspective that views each client holistically so true change can occur during treatment.
