My name is Kayla Stansberry, LCPC/ Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and I would like to act as a supportive guide on your journey. I believe in creating an empathetic, supportive and non judgmental environmental for my clients in order to foster emotional exploration and achieve your personal goals. I operate from an anti-racist lens and integrate processing societal stressors in session.
I am passionate about working with woman's issues and body dissatisfaction/ intuitive eating. I specialize in working with women and non binary individuals struggling with anxiety, depression and with the relationship with the body and food. I enjoy working with the LGBTQIA+ community and provide nuero affirming care to my clients.
I firmly believe that each individual has within them the ability to create a positive and whole life.
