Finding the right therapist is important. We are a group of highly experienced, licensed therapists with a wide range of specialties and therapeutic approaches. We provide goal-oriented and solution-focused treatment. Our intake coordinator will work to match you with a therapist based on the type of treatment you are seeking, your availability, insurance, etc. We work with individuals, couples and families. We are now seeing clients in our newly renovated office building conveniently located in the historic and vibrant West King neighborhood as well as offering sessions via Teleheath.
Each of our therapists has experience, certifications and training in their specialty include trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, family conflict, stress, and life transitions. We use a combination of clinical and holistic treatment techniques including EMDR, cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based approaches to create the most potential for change.
We understand that getting this process started can sometimes be confusing and frustrating. Client care is our top priority. We promptly return phone calls and emails. We offer flexible scheduling and accept many insurance plans as well as affordable self-pay rates with discounts for students, military, first responders, and seniors.
