We specialize in helping the strong, perfectionists who do it all through smiles and laughs while suffering on the inside; rebellious teens who are bright, quiet or outspoken and largely misunderstood; disillusioned parents and couples who are unhappy with the way things are but are committed to getting it right. You are welcome here! We specialize in treating anxiety, depression, stress and trauma in BIPOC, Black and African American teens, adults and couples. If you are considering the courageous next step toward a life of thriving, we'd be honored to partner with you on your journey.
We are an eclectic practice of clinicians trained in a variety of clinical approaches (ACT, CBT, SFBT, Prepare/Enrich, Mindfulness, Brainspotting) and who have lived experiences that mirror those of the many people we help. Additional specialties include ADHD, men's issues, postpartum adjustment, life transitions, grief and chronic health issues.
Together we will develop new and viable solutions while walking through discomfort toward healing, forgiveness and acceptance.
