I believe that everyone has the potential to live their best life, and I am here to help you achieve that goal. I am dedicated to supporting people work through PTSD, trauma anxiety, depression, identity, and interpersonal issues. Sometimes in life we can feel stuck, overwhelmed and don't know what to do next. You deserve a safe place to explore your past, present and future life. My focus is working with Veterans, first responders, women's issues and regaining identity. I support all genders and am LGBTQIA-affirming. I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.
When it comes to therapy, my approach is client-centered and solution-focused. I believe in working with my clients to identify their strengths and build upon them. I challenge my clients to look at issues with multiple lenses. We will work together to explore the areas you want to improve and develop strategies to help you achieve your goals.
I know that seeking help can be difficult, but I want to assure you that you are not alone. I am here to support you in finding your path forward.
