Introspection Counseling Center is offering a 12-week virtual Trauma Recovery and Empowerment Model (TREM) group for women seeking healing in a supportive, trauma-informed environment. TREM is an evidence-based group that helps participants understand the impact of trauma, strengthen emotional regulation, build healthy boundaries, and reconnect with their sense of empowerment. The group is skills-focused and does not require detailed trauma sharing. Sessions meet virtually on Tuesdays from 7:15–8:15 PM beginning February 3, 2026. Open to women ages 18+ in DE, MD, NJ, NC, and PA. Insurance accepted; private pay options available.
