I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 13 years of experience in the field. I specialize in trauma and multigenerational work. I am trained in TF-CBT, CPP, and EMDR. I utilize these evidenced based practices to work through past trauma or life experiences. I work with adults individually and currently offer virtual only sessions.
I help clients explore the experiences that led them to where they are today. In exploring the past, the goal is not to blame past experiences or dwell on negative experiences, but to work through those past experiences and move your life forward in the direction you'd hope.
