About
Maybe you have tried traditional talk therapy, yoga, or self-help apps but you haven't found that sense relief from stress, anxiety, depression or grief. Grounded in the use of creative art therapies, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and intuitive healing, we believe the steps towards clarity, growth, and empowerment are about much more than talking. We are constantly thinking, feeling, sensing, expressing, interpreting, and responding to daily experiences. Your sessions with us will holistically explore all of these levels of Self while gaining new skills to cope with stress, trauma, relationships, loss, or a new life change.
While our therapists are trained in many theories and approaches to therapy, they are uniquely skilled in supporting you by using creative thinking and creative expression (art, movement, music, hypnotherapy, guided imagery, etc) to build new skills and insights. Creativity highlights your greatest strengths, intuition, and overall problem-solving.
At InTouch & Motion, our mission is to create opportunities for our clients to get in touch with their greatest selves - mind, body, and spirit. Our therapists have worked with ages along the lifespan - children, adults, and couples. So contact us for a free consultation! We are also now offering virtual Telehealth sessions!
