Our mission is to empower individuals to live a healthy and sober life. We serve adults ages 18+ while they learn structure and gain support to help them identify triggers, develop coping skills, and learn healthy lifestyle habits, to overcome addiction and learn relapse prevention. We serve all populations, including the co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders, rural populations, BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and criminal justice populations.
Our substance use and co-occurring evaluations are meticulous and to the standards approved by the probation system. Our Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient Services are to provide group based and individual counseling aimed at providing structured evidence based interventions. The community-based services allow the individual to apply these skills in natural environments.

Into Balance Intensive Outpatient Treatment
At Into Balance, we provide quality, evidence-based treatment tailored to each individual’s needs. We offer both intensive outpatient (IOP) and general outpatient (OP) treatment. We offer evening, in person programs. Our comprehensive services allow you to meet your treatment goals while you continue to work and take care of other responsibilities.
