I've helped numerous couples reconnect, build healthy marriages and work through the challenges of divorce and finding love again. At the core of my work is an integrative approach that helps women and men accept themselves more and connect to others in meaningful ways. My experience in private practice and community mental health settings provides individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma and relationship issues with a collaborative approach and multiple clinicians on staff with many specialties.
Specializing in trauma & healing repair, I focus on coaching individuals and couples. The work focuses on how to radically reinvent your life by embracing the obstacles that keep you stuck. I come from a family of holistic health practitioners who have contributed to well being for over 40 years. Our practice is a combination of coaching and therapy.
In addition to cognitive behavioral work, I help clients focus on their strengths and goals as a therapeutic coach, utilizing psycho educational materials and psycho spiritual work, while also utilizing mindfulness techniques such as breathing exercises and meditation.
