About
Do you put the needs of others above your own? Do you have a hard time saying no and setting boundaries in your personal and professional life? Do you feel burned out and overworked? If so, you have come to the right place to reclaim yourself and start setting boundaries and a self cafe plan for You. Because YOU matter. It's like the airline announcements about putting on your oxygen mask first before helping others. You have to take care of your self first, before you can take care of others. Let's make YOURSELF a Priority. How can I help you reclaim your self?
I have worked with many individuals and families in the past 17 years. I enjoy engaging and building rapport with my clients. I understand and practice cultural humility and trauma informed practice. I let clients tell me their stories. They are the experts in their lives. I create a safe space for exploration and do collaborative work with my clients.
Putting yourself first may feel like a selfish act but it is not. You deserve to put yourself first and be a top priority. When you are happy with who you, it does not matter with what everyone else thinks. If you want to take a step toward making yourself a priority. I am available to listen and can help you explore what that may look like for you.
