Life can be daunting and stressful, and there are solutions. I believe it is within us all to become energized to lead happy, productive lives. Often in an attempt to finish "unfinished" business, we reenact unresolved issues in hopes of a better outcome finding ourselves face to face with the mountain of pain looming large in our past. I specialize in treating individuals, couples, and groups struggling with addiction, compulsive behaviors, depression, trauma, and related issues. If you struggle with addiction, I use emotionally connective and psychodynamic therapy to help you reach abstinence and then recovery, pre or post rehab.
